Absolute nincompoops to test your eyes! They have people getting trained at your cost! They screwed up THRICE for me and that’s where I decided to take my refund and give it a permanent closure and never to look back at this company ever again!

Very bad experience. Today I visited with my Dad who had specially come to see me from our home town and wanted to buy a RayBen or equivalent quality frame. First of all the sales person was in that mood that we have only come for window shopping and are not interested in buying. There was no proper response no proper guidance no proper way of showing the frames. ( If I was the owner or sales person of the shop I would shown hundreds of option to my customer and would clear all his doubts) it was like he is doing ehsaan by standing beside us... Moreover he was reluctant in showing more option. My dad really wanted to buy the frame but was dishearten, the way the salesman acted. My dad said ( garaj apni lag rahi hain he doesn't want to sell) Also, My mother was sitting in the chair and the chair just slided towards the wall clock display area and the chair just slightly touched the wall clock, the sales person attitude was very very rude that time, my mother was bit worried and nervous by his act. We spent almost more than 45 mins deciding what to buy as the product cost ranged from 10-15 k. We were about to click a photo of my dad wearing the specs, but the sales person infront of us asked someone if it is allowed that was again a bad experience. To me customer are to be treated as God.. Very bad experience This doesn't happened in Lenskart, Gangar and other good optical shops.
