I bought my spectacles with a Guess frame and Zeiss lenses from Alankar costing around 20 k. Within a year, one of the temple broke and I went to them for repair. They informed me that this will be sent to the company for repairs and since more than a year had passed, there was no guarantee of getting a replacement. I informed them to replace with good quality temples and if possible, from the same brand by charging me. I kept on following with them for almost 45 days and everytime I would get an answer that they will get back to me soon, but they never responded on their own. Finally, after a lot of follow up, I got my spectacles but, I was shocked to see that they had fixed some low quality temples which completely ruined the look of the spectacles. The explanation was : this is the best that would fit the frame. No doubt, within 2 days the temple broke. Then I showed the spectacles to another optician just for a second opinion on the quality of the temples. He looked at them and said that they replace such temples for free. This shows the pathetic service of Alankar. Though I was willing to pay extra for a quality replacement, they took a very long time and replaced with cheap quality temples. As per my experience, no matter how expensive you select the product, it all depends on, how you choose a store. If the store is reliable you get good after sales service but, if not, you are about to get cheated. So think twice before you go to Alankar.

I have found the best eye care with best customer service very much corporative staff bcoz I just wore lenes first in a lifetime and they taught me so easily and gave best tricks to wear ans remove it... Thank you.. ♥

I bought FILA sun glasses from Alankar and had gone to repair it. I had followed up for 1 month with no revert from Alankar. No after sales service. Samirbhai is there to loot and fool people.

Very bad experience. Poor service, doesn't experience for eye checking.Wrong number glass they give you and say just try your eye was be trained after some time. You used to be wear with WRONG number glass. It's OK from there side. Totally money waste
