International Lasik Centre

To book appointment trying to call them with multiple numbers almost 1 hour they are just picking up the call and hang up. If staff are not interested so close the centre If there is no value of patients time.

Had a very bad experience at this Center. The staff is not polite and very impatient. The Technichian who was doing perimetery for my mother was very rude. Perimetery has long learning curve . If u get irritated at patients like this it doesn’t work. At last inspite of kwning that the test is not proper she gave the report and asked to show the doctor. Which we later understood that the entire rest was a waste

Very bad experience of today Staff busy in mobile and gossip , made patient setting on machine and staff is not explaining the procedure and wasting time of our and others also

I got my LASIK surgery done at Zenith, and the experience was good. Staff is caring and extremely helpful; they ensure patients have understood all the instructions before and after the surgery. Doctors are expert opthalmologists with an experience of over 30 years. Dr. Ruvit Nikam is my opthalmologist, who conducted my surgery. Dr. Jugal Shah conducted some follow up check ups for me, as mine happened to be among the 1-5% of cases of a post-surgery complication. However, Dr. Nikam ensured that I was in safe hands when he was away and Se. Shah ensured that my inflamed eye healed completely with a set of anti-inflammatory and anti-bioticbeye drops, without the need of any heavy steroids. Would definitely recommend Zenith to anyone who's looking forward to get a LASIK surgery done.

I had a very bad experience. The facility was hot it felt like a market stall. The staff was very unprofessional.
