I recently took my mother to Orbit Eye Hospital for cataract surgery, and I am beyond impressed with the entire experience. The management and staff made us feel welcomed and cared for and the entire visit was incredibly smooth. Dr. Lakshmi who performed the surgery, was outstanding. she explained the procedure in detail, answered all our questions with patience, and gave us a clear understanding of what to expect. What really stood out, though, was the excellent staff at Orbit Eye Hospital. Every team member we encountered (Shifa and others) was friendly, attentive, and professional. They made sure my mother was comfortable throughout the entire process. The hospital has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and the staff’s dedication to patient care is evident at every step. The surgery itself went off without a hitch, and my mother’s recovery was smooth thanks to the thorough post-operative care and instructions provided. Her vision has improved significantly. I highly recommend Orbit Eye Hospital to anyone in need of eye care, especially for cataract surgery. My husband Mr Pravin had cataract surgeries of both the eyes last month by Dr Amjad .It went off very well & his vision improved immediately after that. Dr Amjad, Dr Rutuja , Dr Laxmi are highly qualified & very skilled in their field.The staff is very well mannered , polite , patient friendly & well trained. Ms Yasmin gave good counselling before the surgery. After surgery we were explained nicely post operative care .The hospital is professionally managed and very well equipped with facilities adopting latest technology. We highly recommend Orbit Eye Hospital for any eye problems under one roof. Thanks to the management, all the Doctors and the staff for the wonderful experience at Orbit Eye Hospital.

Complete fraud!!!! Went to meet doctor Amjad, but lots of subbordinate met for the diagonosis. The doctor did not meet at all and some subordinate prescribed the medicine under his name. The designation and degree of the subordinate was not disclosed. Prescription is on the name of Dr Amjad, but he never met. Also, they charged full amount for this consultation. Complete fraud!!!

Completely not wheelchair friendly or heart patients or elderly and pregnant women, as there is no lifts and staircase are so spiral and dangerous and narrow, so careful and do it at ur own risk. Let’s start with the staff. To put it bluntly, their attitude is far from ideal. Arrogance, ill manners, lack of cooperation, inattentiveness, and a general disregard for the patient’s experience seem to be the norm here. It’s baffling how such an attitude can persist in a place that should prioritize patient care. There’s one standout character in this dismal narrative, and if memory serves me right, her name is Fiza or something similar. Interacting with her is a painful ordeal. You’d probably choose to face a pit full of dangerous and poisonous creatures over having to deal with Fiza! While the facilities are impressive, it’s hard not to wonder if they’re funded primarily by the patients themselves due to the exorbitant costs. But the most concerning aspect is the sheer uncertainty surrounding the treatment. It’s like being in the dark, never knowing what’s happening or when it will happen until it’s already occurred. In conclusion, Orbit Eye Hospital is nothing short of a letdown. The staff’s attitude and customer service are woefully inadequate, overshadowing any positive aspects. It’s a place where you might get exceptional eye care but at the cost of immense frustration and disappointment. ⭐

I went through cataract surgery in both my eyes at Orbit eye hospital, both the surgery went off very smoothly and painlessly, Dr Amjad is a very skilled doctor, he’s polite very kind and a gentleman. Orbit hospital maintains very high level of hygiene and discipline, one does not have to wait endlessly. The infrastructure too is of very high standards.
