Got my eyes tested by Nitul Gandhi at Titan Eye+. Amongst the best results ever. Fast, focused and patient in explaining. Chaitanya also is amazing. Helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.

Eye testing is amazing which is done by Ms Pooja even the servicing given by the other person chaitanya was very good, he hepled me with selecting the frames, also the buy1 get 1 offer they gave me was very good I am really happy to visit titan eye plus only there was one problem I visited with my family and my mother wanted to go to the washroom but it was diappointing that there none in a tata showroom, when I asked the staff they asked me to go to the prabhodhan thackrey hall. Otherwise overall experience was really great

I called their customer service as i wanted to buy frame online. Their customer service is not trained well. Did not know what they are talking about. If products are sold online, they should be able to explain well about glasses et cetera and how customer can buy either the frame and glasses or both. Details about dimensions should be explained. Their English was poor. Such big name but staff needs training and improvement. I bought a frame as it was advertised it will be for less price so i was like okay will buy frame online and thought will buy glasses from store. They sent me a frame which looks like a kids frame. Pathetic product. And not only that when i went to store, i saw a bigger size was available and that is what they should have sent me first, not small size. I called customer service from store and spoke to two people and they did not do anything about it because it was past 7 days. I called about 2-3 days afterwards. Had bad experience and time was wasted. Giving one star to post this feedback. Given a choice will not even give that

Excellent service and eye testing done in less than 5 min. Ms. Pooja optometrist is very good in eye testing. Reasonable prices and range. Highly recommended.
