Sadbhavana Netralaya

Recently I had been to this hospital with my mother. She used to be regular visitor of Dr Praveen Shinde. Indeed he is a Good doctor (5 star) BUT The receptionist is very much arrogant and have absolutely no sense how to behave or respond to patients. I was there to seek appointment for my mother by walk-in due to my travel plans. On the first ask he didn’t even look at us and when asked 2nd time, the receptionist reacted as if I have asked some special favours. I was accompanied by my mother so have avoided any unnecessary arguments and left the premises. The sole purpose of this review is to have some improvements as many other patients might face similar issues and we will certainly visit by Calling the given number. Thanks.

Very good behaviour he listen to and take any treatment he give gave me correct glasses exacalant treatment

Very unprofessional. Worst behaviour. He was only laughing about my problems.dont go to them.

The receptionists are ill mannered. And all the people working there please "keep humanity over discipline"
