I was a patient with thin cornea with family history of KERATOCONUS and lens power with -6. I want to remove my power with surgery as it was high. I visited many other clinics and they told me that as my case is critical and has weak cornea I am no fit for any surgery and have to wear glass for lifetime. But only Dr. Shah told me that I am fit for Lasix PRK surgery and can see without glasses. He thoroughly examined my case well and also considered my family history of KERATOCONUS and told me that I am fit for bladeless Lasix PRK surgery and other surgery would be wrong choice in my case such as ICL surgery which involves cut and tears during surgery. I was happy and bit nervous too as before many other doctors told me that as my cornea is weak and thin and Lasix is not right choice for me and some recommended me ICL surgery. But Dr. Shah explained me everything and cleared all my doubts regarding Lasix surgery and I trusted him and done my Lasix PRK surgery. The surgery went well and I can clearly see now without glass and thankfully got 6/6 vision. He was really supportive during surgery and after surgery also. After surgery also if I had doubts or concern I had to just call him and he would help me.
