Excellent hospital with the most efficient doctors . My husband got couple of surgeries done by dr Yogesh Patil. I must say he is one of the best doctors we have met , he saved my husband's eyesight. He is very patient, kind & humble.Diagnosis, plan, explaination, execution.. everything is systematic. One more name i wud like to mention is of this young girl at counter - she is Myra .. very efficient , polite girl.All other staff , even counsellers need to learn to communicate with patients from Myra. I highly tecommend this hospital for anty eye related services

I often find myself questioning why I chose this hospital for my mother's simple cataract operation. The doctor and her team were very unprofessional. Even a government hospital could have performed this operation easily and smoothly. On Saturday, they treated patients like animals. In our case, they performed the operation without administering proper anesthesia to the patient. Even after 6-7 years post-operation, we are still struggling with my mother's eye condition.

Of course the behaviour of all the staff are excellent & co-operative. But one suggestion I would like to submit that condition of toilet are very bad/ dirty, and only one wash room ( each for male & female) is available. No of patients are more.

There is no doubt that the doctors are very good, especially Prachi ma'am, and the hospital is also excellent. However, I am disappointed with the customer care and admin department as I didn't receive a confirmation message about my appointment timing. When I asked the customer care, they said the hospital doesn't open before 10 am. My suggestion is that the service of confirming timings via WhatsApp, which was previously offered by your team, should be restarted.

Aehi hospital is a one stop solution related to Eye. I did both the eye surgeries at Aehi and it wentbout very smoothly. Right from Dr Vandana to all the doctors who checked my eye had a courteous smile which I feel helps relieve the anxiety a patient goes through while visiting the hospital. Everything was done so smoothly, hassle-free. I had been postponing surgery as I was sceptical but they made me feel very comfortable. Overall the experience at Aehi hospital was very good.

I had a seamless experience. I can compare my experience with other small hospitals that I had visited where I never got full satisfaction. Here the equipment is very advanced and gives a painless experience for the same investigations done at other smaller hospitals. They are certainly very good.
