I recently visited Laxmi eye care hospital for an eye check-up, and I must say, the experience was outstanding. The hospital is well-equipped with advanced technology, and the staff is incredibly professional and courteous. From the moment I walked in, I felt well taken care of. The doctors are highly experienced and took the time to explain my condition and treatment options in detail. The consultation was thorough, and I never felt rushed. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and follows excellent hygiene protocols, which is very reassuring.

My wife had her cataract operation done here. Dr. Haldipurkar is one of the best opthalmologist. The guidance from counsellor Sonali Joshi and Sakshi Patil was really helpful. Kudos to the staff 🙂

I had a great experience with the doctor and the medical staff—very professional, kind, and attentive throughout my visit. Their care and support made a real difference, and I truly appreciate their dedication. However, the experience with the TPA department was extremely disappointing. They were noncooperative, unhelpful, and had a rude attitude while speaking. Instead of assisting patients in a stressful time, they seemed disinterested and dismissive. This part of the service seriously needs improvement to match the otherwise excellent care provided by the medical team.
