I had excellent experience with the cataract surgery of my parents recently underwent at this facility. The staff were friendly and very cooperative throughout the process. We were also able to use the GIPSA cashless facility, which was very convenient. I would especially like to thank Ms. Prerna ma’am and Mr. Ravi sir for their assistance in ensuring a smooth insurance process.

Our family friend Mr.Dilip Borge had underwent cataract surgery today at Poona Eye Care hospital. They came on the way from Ahemdabad only because of surgery. We had very very good experience. Excellent hospital and service provided. All staff is very polite and supportive and professional. Also insurance related support was guided very properly. Dr. Nitin Kolte is on of the best doctor in Pune. They had given us very proper explanation for our treatment and surgery. Over all experience is very nice and highly recommended.
