Avoid this Hospital at All Costs! This hospital is an absolute disgrace to the healthcare system. While I was waiting in the so-called "waiting area," I witnessed a tragedy that no family should ever endure. A patient lost their life right in front of everyone because the hospital management blatantly ignored their need for oxygen. Despite the patient struggling for life, the staff remained indifferent and careless. To make matters worse, they don't even allow relatives to visit their loved ones during visiting hours. They always seem to have some excuse—whether it's "cleaning" or "doctor rounds"—but it's all a cover for their complete lack of organization and empathy. This place doesn’t prioritize patient care; it’s all about their convenience and negligence. If you care about your loved ones, do NOT admit them here. Their life could literally depend on it.

Staff is non skilled. This hospital is having poor cordination and poor services. We found that Staff and management is careless about patient's need and comfort. My mother was admitted and for basic cleaning and maintenance we had to do lot of requests. Duty doctors tried to resolve the complaints but management did not took it seriously. We had opted for private room though.

Worst experience ever in this hospital. Trainee students are working, Staff don't have a sense of how to talk. No one is responding. The insurance staff is 3rd class .Zero Coordination between Dr &  sister. Atmosphere as well as culture is not healthy.Everyone is only quarreling among themselves. Not proper care of the patient. Not qualified and experienced staff. Please don't admit here. You have plenty of options . Nurses have daily issues with themselves only, if it has negative stars I will give -5 for their work . Adding extra charge in billing, unnecessary delaying the discharge & increasing the bill. Very poor & third class service.  This hospital is defaming the name of Satara. In hospital money is the only market. They will surely incur curses from patients and relatives.

The staff doesn’t care about appointment. And staff is very Rude. Despite having an appointment at 4pm the staff is telling me to wait until other patient to finish as they have came early. As I booked an appointment with Dr. Shinde I feel it’s useless. And waited for more than 2:30 hrs. Hospital staff doesn’t know what is emergency. No professionalism at all.

This is one of the worst hospital I have seen. My relative died because of negligence by treating professionals. The staff is very careless. No one to attend patients in ICU at night, oxygen failure. They only care overcharge bills without providing proper healthcare. They billed 5-6 IVs in day, and god knows what all those medicines are for. We trust in doctors that's why we go to hospital but this hospital is run by money monger management. They don't care about patients treatment, life is too cheap for them but they will make sure you pay heavy bills before you realize that.
