Dr. Gadgil's Clinic

Very bad service. Doctor don't come on time. You have to wait for at least 2 hours for the whole process. They do not have their own equipment for some processes. They order it on rent. It also takes too much time. Staff will prioritise people they know in person. Also the building is old and very dirty.

My client got a laser cateract operation here who holds a Niva Bupa policy,they don't issue a bill to him for ₹30000 paid by him by credit card which is required for reimbursement from the company, infact ₹6000 discount given to company for the operation was deducted from the patient deposit, simply a loot going on in open.

After exploring many eye clinics/ hospitals for several days, finally zeroed down for Lasik at Gadgil Hospital, Thane. My wife and I are so grateful for giving us a whole new world without spects. We had the most wonderful experience at this practice and the whole procedure was simply painless (Thanks to Dr Gadgil). The facility is clean and the staffs are welcoming and courteous. Manish is a star and true gentleman. He made all my queries answered with ease. On the other hand, Poonam made the entire procedure very smooth and flawless. We are experiencing sharper vision post 30 days of surgery which feels very good.

Worst experience.....worst management.....I ordered for the glasses of my 8 year old son with full payment in advance. Almost 15 days passed but they were not able to provide the same. After following up many times. They called me and told that glasses are ready but they made me sit for one hour in clinic but still glasses were not ready..... ridiculous experience.....will suggest if you can consult the doctor over here but do not order for any specs over here

I had my Lasik surgery from them and I have to say, they have very professional and experienced doctors with a cooperative staff . A big thanks to Dr gadgil himself and to his staff members . Would definitely recommend their consultation

I had my squint treatment from Dr gadgil eye clinic on 27/01/2021 and i would like to share my experience, experienced doctors and staff is very helpful. A big thanks to Dr shruti as she has very well explained me & have cleared my all doubts patiently and have given me more confidence to go for operation. The staff here has good knowledge and they are very polite and helping i remember few names Manish & Ashish and others.

Had my LASIK eye surgery done from DR. Uday Gadgil and now enjoying my spectacle free vision.

Staff was really helpful and Friendly!!! Had a wonderful experience...now can see everything clear without specs.(after doing lesik)
