Excellent Infrastructure. Staff is very polite, courteous and helpful. Receptionist staff and Counsellor Ma'am need to be specially applauded for their guidance especially for our insurance related concerns. It is hospital dedicated to the Eye only, hence I would strongly recommend everyone to consider this hospital for all their eye related issues. . I would say the best ever eye hospital i have seen. The services are quick and so systematic, the waiting area spacious, a representative is there to help you guide you, with so many people still a very clean and hygienic place. Till your number comes all your tests are taken to avoid loss of time. The staff is so supportive, positive and friendly. The most important thing the doctor will give you a sincere opinion whatsoever, won't misguide you. Make you feel comfortable and good. I saw staff welcoming their old patients and helping them. Doctors no doubt the best with sincere approach. Online appointment also available, time not at all wasted as services and consulting is done smoothly. 1. Everything explained prior to operation wS exactly the same, no manipulation in prior explanation.2. No wait time and everything is systematic 3. Staff is very cooperative and helping. 4. Doctors are experienced and sound in their knowledge. They hear everything and answer each question satisfactorily. 5. Operation performed nicely. Behaviour of staff is nice. 6. Overall hospital provides excellent services.

Had a wonderful experience. Dr. Amit did a thorough examination and explained the treatment and answered my questions. The entire supporting staff is very warm and courteous, which instantly put me at ease. The treatment went well, and I’m thankful for their support. Highly recommend Isha Netralaya to everyone.

Had a really good experience with the hospital. I found about it online and also had heard about it from many of my knowns. It was a last minute walk in appointment but it was great to see the staff putting efforts on making the process smooth for all the patients. The best part is they I had recommend more people to visit the hospital, especially those who live in and near the Thane region.

We had a very good experience for cataract surgery. Doctors are best and expert in their job. All the nursing staff is very courteous and explains all the details very nicely. They keep homely environment and that helped to bult up the confidence of my perents during the process. Counsellors have guided us properly regarding selecting the lenses and scheduling the surgery. They have played a really important roll for completing the entire process seamlessly. I am very much thankful to all of them for the service they are providing.
