Titan Eye+ at Ghodbunder, Thane (Optician)

Glass quality is very very poor, have visited last year and today also visited my glass has some scratches not able to see properly. I am taking care of glass properly on daily basis but the guy at shop is saying you have mishandled the glass. Their glass quality is very poor and they are saying you need to change the glass directly. Requesting not to visit their shop.

Timely delivery - 5/5 Overall a great experience at Titan Eye+. Much better than LK's take it or get lost attitude. Titan Eye+ is much better and great value for money.

I bought the spects on 01/10/24 from Titan eye Plus and within 3 weeks,the frame got dismantled.I went to the store in Ghodbunder road Thane, from where it was purchased.The owner refused to entertain me by saying that nothing can be done in rude manner.He instead blame me of using the spects in rough way.This was not at all expected from Titan.

I have visited this store to get my earpads change and minor fixing of spectacles. They did not charge for the service and it was quick and easy. Friendly staff. They have selective models of multiple brands. Its a good experience always visiting any titan eye plus stores

Purchased specs for my mother, the quality of specs and staff behavior no doubt is best. But frames are bit costly as compared to lenskart or any other local shops. Didn't get any offer or discounts.
