Didn't like the service at all...after 1.5 yrs of purchase, there are scratches on glasses even after delicate use. After asking for it, they don't have any help to do. Never going to buy from here.

Had been here today to get new pair of spectacles for my dad. The store is clean and quite spacious, and also offers a good variety of products and at quite affordable prices. The staff is very courteous, polite and helpful in suggesting good options, especially Mr. Manish. Very happy with the hospitality and will definitely recommend this place to others! It has always been elan great experience to buy from Titan eye plus. This branch has very friendly and expert staff they guide you through their range in detail. Helps us to understand which pair of glasses will be best for us. I have never found any reason to complain. Their provide great repairs services as well.
