Good service n best quality

Bought an item from Titan. The MRP listed on the item and the invoice generated was different. After a lot of written complains to main Titan HQ, the local dealer agreed to compensate for their error. A reputed brand like Tata should not make customers run here and there for their mistakes. If we didn't know where to complain then we would have felt cheated by a Tata brand. The place is comfortable. Local staff try to cooperate as much as possible. Since we got our refund, will say they maintain ethics and integrity also. Will buy again. Cheers :)

Very bad and unprofessional experience, they will ask to call for the delivery in 5 days and they will say busy with customer and callback and will never do unless you call back. Have to follow up with these unprofessional people. Dont set expectations to customers unless you cant. Anyways this is my last spec from you.
