Took my aunt for a check up. Dr Enoka Achumi was kind, clear, good and fine young man. They have clean and spacious waiting rooms. They treat on first come first serve basis and the wait was quite okay. Location is good with parking space for few cars.

Plis specify the time for surgical procedures or assign a specific day only for operative cases inorder to minimize the waiting period of your patients.. Otherwise everythingelse is just great and deserves commendations..

Today, I visited this center to have the chip- on my shades fixed because it fell off. They just stuck it to the frame without bothering to check the magnetic sides! I have to ship my glasses to Delhi to obtain a replacement frame because we can't remove the magnet now! The most depressing thing is that these three chilly guys behind the desk showed absolutely no remorse or empathy at all! We have high expectations of visitors or non locals, thus it disappoints me greatly when I arrive home and encounter this attitude from own fellow Nagas. It is really easy to generate a positive impression on potential clients by saying something kind or nice to them, it is not difficult at all. This center's owner ought to make sure that the staff learn some BASIC ETIQUETTE

I'm writing this review so that anyone going to get surgery here will have an up hand info. The time told for surgery was after 12 p.m. and report by 11 am. However, we were made to wait for around 5 hrs. The inconvenience of the patient's waiting for the surgery was completely ignored.

One of the best place in town to have an eye check up. I had mine done thoroughly and was completely satisfied with the diagnosis. Very humble doctor and has a good setup to cross check every aspect related to eye check. The clinic which gave me my glasses had given wrong power lens and was using the glasses and had a swollen nerve on my forehead for a year, I went to guwahati for getting a new lens and it turns out the lens provided by this clinic had less power which was causing irritation in my eyes. Formally placing a complaint against the lens shop because they have been negligent to give me the wrong lens and which could have led to my blindness.

Not good like before...This eye center has become like a business now... Not satisfied with the checkup.... Very less time spent with patient....& yeah even if you don't need eye drop they will make you buy one. Not recommended.

I have a serious eye infection and I couldn't wait in line so I requested for an appointment. They told me to come the next day at 8:30am. When I reached the next morning they asked me to get my serial number & wait until my serial number is called. Seriously? I've left and I'm never going back there.

Staff are so unprofessional n have the worst attitude problem especially the nurse.. Don't even wanna give 1 star
