I took my wife to have a consultation with Dr Pooja Gautam (Rai) date 06.04.2022. Perhaps due to early gained good reputation it’s over crowded massively. It’s infrastructure is not adequate to accomodate over crowded patients. The first floor (where specialist service provided) is the slowest moving queue. Kids, elderly and sick seemed to be suffocated in the deadly mix of lack of fresh air with the large crowd caused by poor ventilation, lack of space etc. Average waiting time in here per patient was over 3 hours generously. Ratio of patients per doctor ??? Please explain Hospital Management Team. Lots of room to improve.

The hospital management was very bad 👎. All patients are randomly treated, think the doctors are not happy with their work.
