Lenskart.com at Bargarh, Odisha

I am totally disappointed with a staff there. Because before ordering my product i was again and again tell him that please provide my home location so that i can easily receive it but the staff provide wrong location even if assured me that i was given your home location. again i was called him in there tollfree no. And communicate with the staff again they said we provide absolutely correct information and assure me to deliver it to my home but they lie to me😐 And because of that while receiving my product i have to went 20km far from my home while raining outside to receive my product(Product was absolutely great). So please the staff of bargarh don't do this type of loophole type of work to any other customers. 👍

Recently visited the Lenskart bargarh store. Very cooperative and polite staff made my purchase and eye test very comfortable and convenient. You can have varieties of eyeglasses, sunglasses with different lenses option.

I recently visited Lenskart Bargarh and had a mixed experience. The girl who tests the eyes is professional and polite—she’s the only good part of my visit. However, the sales staff are rude and unhelpful. I wanted to explore buying multiple items, but their attitude made it impossible. When I asked about the 'Buy 1 Get 1' offer, their response was dismissive and condescending, saying things like, 'You don't know? How can you get it for 1000?' This is not how customers should be treated. The staff seriously need training on how to communicate respectfully. I expected better from a brand like Lenskart."
