Service is very good from here and behaviour is very good

Wonderful experience with the new staffs. I have been their customer for more than 1 year but the experience with new staff is awesome. Especially with Mr. Ganguly. He was checking my eye like I am his little brother. The new staffs will treat you like their family member. Mr. Sakir’s behaviour is very great. Great man Do visit the store

Better experience of service

The service is very poor. I bought a Fast-track Spectacle from here. I was not using the spectacle for a month. It got rusted, jammed inside the spectacle box and was not opening. I went to Titan Eye Plus of Bhawanipatna. They couldn't open it inspite of given lubricanting oil. They instead told that it will be broken if they will try it to open. They even prompted me to buy a new same frame or another frame. I gave a second thought and went to a Local shop "Khan Optical". The shopkeeper took only a minute. Applied some oil and tried to open and it opened. So my friends it's not the brand that matters. It's the service that matters. Poor service. Earlier the service was good. Recently the shop has some staff issues and the service has deteriorated a lot.
