Please think once before visiting A.S.G. Hospital Bhuvneshwar Centre. Staff behavior is very bad, unskilled technicians, irresponsible management, no concern for patients. This is a hospital of capitalists where there are many rude robbers Very bad hospitality, such a hospital should be closed My 5 year old daughter is being treated here under Dr. Bighnaraj Pal. I have paid here at least 5 times in the last few months. Coming here is the biggest mistake. It's my choice. I have paid the money for hell. But why are you standing in the queue to pay hell ?

Infrastructure & cleanliness are good, but highly irresponsible staff. I had a very bad experience during a surgery. Never recommend it to anyone.

Very very bad experience and very bad management and unskilled staff members it was my first and last time visiting their their report shows that my eyesight is as good as before no change in the power but still I can't see clearly then I went to another hospital which showed that my eyesight has increased from -2 to -2.5 in the left eye and -2.5 to -3 in the right eye never ever recommend it to anyone as because you spend your hard earned money but no use as you don't get the right report and the behaviour of the staff is soooo bad that you can't imagine they think they are in a better position than anyone in the room I would say that even a generous tea vendor is more welcoming that them they just keep you waiting in the reception hall which is also justified because of so many people but when you ask them when is my turn comming they would act in a very rude manner saying sir/ madam you have to wait for more 40 min to 1 hr and you wait also but after that 1 hr when you ask them they would say your file has gone to doctor and doctor also doesn't see that file carefully just above he reads that's solve Overall very very bad experience I would recommend don't go their and waste your hard earned money rather you show you eye in a good reputed and trusted hospital where you know your money is being utilised in yourself only not making anyone pocket full And lastly don't ever think of an eye operation their you will have to sell your land for it

Today I have an appointment for my eye correction check up. I had arrived bbsr from so far when I tried to contact the hospital for my booking confirmation but no one responded or call back or any kind of information regarding the checkup. They charge very high( I used a lens worth Rs 23000 but they charged me Rs. 54000.Ignorant cashless admin team.Dont know basics of insurance coverage.Warn you not to go there if you have insurance .They will ensure you pay extra .

Bad service.Charged me lot extra money beyond insurance. Ignorant cashless team.They will use other lens saying monofocal lens for cataract surgery and made you to pay because insurance won't cover.Charge 3-4 times of actual cost.
