Recently, I took my father for a cataract operation in this hospital. The Surgery was successful, and my father can see properly now. Also, I am happy with the smooth process and friendly staff.

I had scheduled a free eye check-up at your hospital in Bhubaneswar as per your advertised offer and received a confirmation message. However, upon my arrival today, I was informed by the receptionist that Dr. Vidisha Mohapatra, who was assigned for my check-up, was absent. Despite this, I was asked whether I still wished to proceed. After confirming my willingness, I was unexpectedly asked to deposit ₹350 as a consultation fee, with the explanation that the free check-up offer was only for new patients. This crucial information should have been communicated beforehand to avoid unnecessary inconvenience. As a result, I had to return without the consultation, incurring an unnecessary taxi fare of ₹500. This lack of transparency and miscommunication led to both financial loss and wasted time.

Over all service is good. No long waiting.. Doctor is so cordial. Thanks.
