Feedback: I had a very disappointing experience at your store recently. I visited to get my frame replaced while keeping my current lenses, which were slightly damaged. Despite having a membership and a one-year guarantee, I was initially informed that my frame couldn’t be repaired, so I agreed to order a new frame of the same model. Here’s what went wrong: I was told that I didn’t need to submit my lenses right away and that once the new frame arrived, I could bring them in, and the fitting would be done quickly. However, when I visited the store after the frame arrived, I was told that it would take more time, and I had to leave my glasses and lenses with the store. I waited patiently after leaving my lenses, and two days later, I received a call saying my glasses were ready for pickup. However, when I went to collect them, I realized that my original lenses weren’t even placed in the frame. I was shocked by the lack of quality control and attention to detail. I had to return immediately to get the issue fixed, wasting more time. Even after that, I’m not satisfied because the glasses still don’t feel properly fixed. This entire experience was extremely frustrating, and it felt like I was being misled and inconvenienced at every step. I expect better service, especially when I’m a loyal customer with a membership. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve your service and customer handling.

Too casual when it's about service. Had purchased a pair of lense recently for my existing frame. The frame got detached. Gave it for service on monday. Executive told me that I will get it on tuesday. I stayed in Bhubaneswar to get it on tuesday specifically for them as my home is 100 Kms far. Upon arrival at store an attendant went to check for them here and there. He told me that the lab was shut, which I felt is a lie. Finally I returned on wednesday without the glass. Yet to get any update from them. With this kind of service approach, these all ratings seem to be spurious. Either the ratings are purely from Internal employees or pumped up by any agency (Third Party).
