This is one of the best watch showrooms in the city. Has got plethora of varieties, provides generous service to us. They even suggest you shops for the appropriate service if they don't have it(which is rare anyways 😉)

Definitely very nice store with vast collections. The location of the store is on Hotspot. Staffs are very polite and very welcoming. Everything is nice but still I'm giving 4 stars out of 5 reason The day I visited the store was in evening time and I was little hurry even when I saw the store was also not crowded at all I felt very happy But during the payment they had some internet server issues so it took lots of time not only that I asked them is there's any offer or discounts on the product due to internet issues they were not able to say and I have to pay the total amount. But after 1 or 2 hours their internet started working properly might be I receive invoice in my mail , I got sms and also I got call from the store that there was discount on my product so I can come to store and get my extra money that I had paid already. Then I asked them just to remember that so that when I'll purchase and other products from the store they will consider it Yes sure again I'll visit the store but I hope I don't face same problem 😅

Polite reception Manger, But very poor experience with eye test executive. After waiting 10 mins she rudely told us to wait another 15 mins and arrogantly suggested we go to another branch located near Narula. Unprofessional and disappointing service from Titan Eye Patia

the staff are really polite and helpful (especially Sayed Arif Ali). the service was really up to the mark. would highly recommend.🙌🏼🙌🏼

This store is my one stop shop for anything to do with sun glasses, specs or watches. I have never been disappointed with the service. Right from glasses to watches as gift, I head straight to this store.

Went in for fixing my glass frame at KIIT square. It was a quick fix of 5 minutes. Super quick.
