I have always been going to this store for all my spectacles and my family member’s too but with each time I have seen the quality is getting worse and customer service too. 1) Let me start with a spectacle I brought for my mother on 24th march 2021 of Titan brand worth >5k and it got detached from the middle in 5th august 2021. I raised a complain and they said that we broke it from our side. After several complains they agreed to replace it and they told me they did a favour for me as the replacement can never be done. I thought okay they have done a good job and I had given them review as they have asked from my mothers account.But the guy who fixed it was polite and well behaved. 2) I brought a frame for my cousin of brand titan and a ray ban frame for me with lenses on april 2024.In july 2024 again the titan frame got loose and tilted from one side. I asked them about it they said it is customers fault. I said ok. 3) The frame that I brought during april the rayban one that costed me around 10k just the frame. Within one year the nose pad holding part came off on its own. It is such a part that it can not be broken by me. I raised a complain. They said please send it we will replace it. My uncle took to their store they told they will send it for replace which they did not and they said they will change the part and they are waiting ray ban to send that part. I contacted regarding this after 7 days. And on 8th day they called and said the frame is ready come and take it. When I received the frame at Koraput as I stay here. I saw the part which was replaced is a local piece not ray ban part. I contacted regarding this again they told me they spent 150/- rs for this as company did not cover this under their policy and they again did a favour for me by fixing my 10k frame with a 150/- part as I sent from far and they could not deny me. I will attach all the pictures. The product quality is poor buy from the store on your own risk. Before it used to be good. I have even bought a vogue frame from here which lasted long.They customer service they give each time is “it is your fault and you broke it company can not fix it” and if they do they will say “they did a favour”. The store is losing its quality and customer service. I used to only trust this store for spectacles but not anymore. They need to improve a lot in customer service and customer dealing. You people are not doing any favour to customer you are covering it under your warranty. While buying they will say everything is under warranty and while fixing the product they will say it is your fault.

Just ordered for a change of lens for my specs which I had bought from Lenskart 2 years back. Super Pros : Less Cost for lens compared to Lenskart. Pros : inbuilt lab for fitting and Repairs, Quick delivery of lens ~ 5days, Very Calm and Helpful Staff. Cons: None As such ( hope they bring lens quick and with no defect) Will update 🙌

Took a pair of eye glasses. Mr Sushant has been very helpful in choosing the appropriate frame and lens. He patiently showed all the things available. Very good customer service.

They asked to pay extra amount apart from GST (stating that the price has been upgraded) for the old product's MRP. Here goes the whole experience: While entering the store i saw the lenskart store jusy beside Titan, is filled with customers where as titan had merely 2 customers including my family. Being a Titan Customer of 12 years almost, wanted to go with Titan. We selected 2 frames and lenses which should have costed nearly 12k to 13k. After finalizing, they came back and said the price of the frames have increased so u will have to pay around 400 extra. They said they will provide the bills too. This is kind of scam. If the MRP of product increases, does a shopkeeper ask for extra money apart from the MRP mentioned on the product. To scam 400 to 500 u lost a deal of 13k to 14k and 4 valuable customers who were preferring TITAN for almost 12 years.

Staff were very helpful. The specs were repaired very fast even when we had lost all hope. A big Tank you to Titan Eye.

It is situated near uco bank master canteen. In the ground floor titan watches, fast-track watches are selling. You will also get perfume from here. Stock are sufficient and price are reasonable. In the 1st floor titan eye plus glasses and fast-track sunglasses are available. Behaviour of all the staffs are very polite.
