I recently visited the shop for a specs repair. The staff were extremely friendly, cooperative. My issue was immediately addressed. It was a great experience. Also, the shop had a really good collection of frames.

Extremely poor customer service, They do not deliver on time and on the top of it they do not respond to follow up calls. I am surprised how people have good reviews to this shop.

Side frame of my eyeglasses has been broken in the morning.I went to the shop for change of frame only.But when I gave them to remove...Person broken my glasses stating the reason that glasses has no liner only raw glass was there and glass is having lots of scratches(for their kind info I have uploaded glass photo,please find me scratches)...I told him the glasses is of Zeis company top model and that price is around 10000rupees....I have not washed it for a long time that not mean it is cheap ....As it is broken it was no point to confront...I left ..actually I went for my and my wife eye glasses.By finding the way of handling this we left the shop and go to other for making.Writing this review is only to make aware people that this is not the shop u r looking for .
