Very bad specs quality and very bad customer service. They lack basic etiquette and respect for customers (or even people in general) and are not open for feedback. Bought two specs from here and both broke very easily. Didn't have such experience before since so so many years from other places and when buying similar type of specs. They told it's because of manufacturing defects and told us about we should have got it checked etc. I think they should focus on quality better then there will be less scope of coming back for repairs Bad Customer service. The receptionist lady was very impatient when we were telling about basic fixes. Her gestures and facial expressions were very rude when we asked her to explain well and not expect us to get our answers without her explaining clearly and with patience. Not sure if she is like this or she was already in a bad mood or having a bad day. We gave feedback and told her how to behave and do her job better for which she got loud, very abusive, illogical and defensive. When I took my phone out for immediate feedback, she tried snatching my phone and it got me furious then I talked to her manager next who said he will have a discussion with the staff. Very bad experience
