Dr. Anurag Mishra, Eye Clinic

We have been visiting this hospital since one and half years.My sister underwent cataract surgery in Jan 24.Again day before yesterday we both had our surgeries. We are very much satisfied with the way of doctor's treatment, behaviour and his expertice.He has an efficient, experienced and extremely caring staff.In my opinion this is one of the best eye hospitals in the city. I would recommend this hospital.I totally disagree with all the negative remarks.

My son had cancer, and even before he was diagnosed with it, he was Anurag Sir’s patient. During his long stint at AIIMS for cancer treatment, I have called Sir many times for advices related to small issues in his eyes. Despite his busy schedule, he always responded, suggested basic treatments and other than his own subject, he also took out time to console us and give us hope, positivity and energy. Only parents can understand what it means at that stage. To say a person like him doesn’t have patience to listen to what the patient says, is like committing a blasphemy and I would never believe it even if the words descend from heaven. We owe our lives to Anurag Sir and hope every doctor was as thorough a gentleman as he is!! 🙏🙏🙏

Despite consulting for over three years, I have found the management to be extremely poor. There is no numbering system for calling patients; instead, patients are called randomly. While the doctor is excellent, the management system is the only issue.

We have seen positive testimonials being paid for, but on this page it seems like some competitor of this doctor is paying handsomely for the negative remarks. My son had Cataract in both eyes from birth, when we first visited him, 17 years back. He operated him and we have been to him on numerous occasions since then. My son is preparing to join Engineering and leads a normal life, how hard we try, we can never show our gratitude optimally for this supremely skilful and efficient man. People who are calling him names are scumbags of the society, and they show their “aukaat” by doing so. Keep doing that, and with all the wishes from people like us, he would prosper at meteoric pace by the day. Shame on you, for trying to defame a man of such high integrity and prowess.

Absolute garbage doctor. Yells at most patients, and half of the time only shows off how great he thinks he is. He is not ready to listen to patient's problems, tells them what they are feeling is not true. Refused to diagnose me and told me that the issue with my eyes doesn't exist. Like I was lying to him or something. Did the same thing to a patient before me. Told him he can see when the patient himself is telling him he cannot see after the surgery. And on hearing that, he is getting angry and saying that "what we tell you, you should just blindly listen". Like the patient's problems did not exist. If you read other low star reviews on this person, you will see the same complaints. He refuses to explain anything beyond what he deems fit. He refuses to listen to patient's legitimate concerns and questions. You are a doctor, you're not an army commander. You don't have any right to command people, you can only advise based on your limited knowledge. So you would be well advised to remain humble. Was a mistake to come to this person. Frauds are opening up private practices because no other way to scam people. Being bad at your job is one thing, being disrespectful to your patients is another. Just goes to show what kind of trash he is himself.

Too much attitude in doctor as if he is only doctor in Cuttack. Very Unprofessional behaviour from doctor and staffs. poor administration.

Some would say good reviews are manipulated, some would say bad reviews come from the competitors sponsoring them. These debates would always continue, and it’s upto the beneficiaries to decide the quality of the services of the provider. As a beneficiary myself, I admire this hospital and its wonderful team and would highly recommend this place to all who need eye care in whatever form. Sadly Google doesn’t allow us to award more than 5 stars, otherwise I would have given it a 10!!!

This doctor have a big name for eye treatment, I don't know how? this week i been to this place & feel bad the way he is talking to patience. The doctor is 100% impatience to listen & what he said is final no second thought. Please consult with your physician or well wisher before visiting. Thank you Jai jagannath
