Everything is top notch.. They have good service in casualty, nursing home and my gallstone removal surgery was also nice,rooms allotted to us was "Super Deluxe" was also nice(with wifi facility).. The only thing for which I removed one star is there billing system we have health insurance we said do whatever you want any amount you want but don't ask us any cash during discharge but they billed it ₹75,000 during discharge and ₹3,950 insurance didn't gave for xyz reason they could not explain it... It's such a waste of time keeping those people in billing section who generate bills and send to insurance company for claim.. They are not that skilled.. Rest things are awesome thank you

One of the worst hospital in Cuttack. it's operation theatre is very very worst than a government hospital. Recently 7-8 cases reported TB infection after post laproscopic cholecystectomy because of not properly sterilised instrument they are using .so don't go there u will spend a plenty amount of rupees after your post operation through these dalals in names of tests and antibiotics. And the horrible thing is that using they don't accept their fault even u explain them properly so these type of hospital should be banned. # stop scamming people @shanti hospital

Service is good. All staffs(Nurses, Housekeepers, Security Guards)are very very helpful and cooperative.

The worst experience I ever had. My father met with an accident and was very critically injured. He was admitted to this hospital on 30th January. Though they treated him well but they charged unnecessarily. Even when we told them about the fees and why they have increased the ICU charge they Suddenly gave us medicine report costing nearly 20k. When we gave a complaint about that the staff also admitted that this is unfair to patient and he called the doctor and said this word in-front of us “Sir this is unfair to the patient, we should not do this. We have other ways to charge more from the patient but writing expensive medicine is not a good plan.”. Today 14th march. I came at 9.30AM in the morning for a followup checkup for my father. Current time is 12.07 and no doctor is there. The receptionist are saying doc will come in 30 mins from last 3 hours. The management is really very bad. They don’t have pre booked doctor. When a patient comes, they call the doctor to visit their hospital. I would never recommend anyone to visit this place ever.

I recovered from high obesity from this hospital by bariatric surgery under direct supervision of Dr. Srijoy Pattnayak. My second operation was also successful gallbladder stone. Both the cases were satisfied, both doctors and service staffs are very friendly with the patient. I have no any bitter experience from this hospital. Especially Dr Srijoy Pattnayak is very careful to each and every patient. I don't understand why and how many people gave negetive opinions about this hospital.
