All staffs including reception,nurses and billing counter are cordial,well behavioured and helping in nature.Doctor is also cooperative. This hospital is very neat and clean.I am fully satisfied about their treatment.

No MRI done here, No ICU once if you admited then no mri done in between doctor write in case of brain stoke patient then you do discharge then go for another diagnosis for MRI then same day no admission done here, for this you shoud wait next day in which your treatment hampring, i recomend not go to srusti annexe for emergency patients the name big but work zero. I feel my true experience in cuttack 🙏

Top quality doctors. The support staff was very professional and pleasant. The facility was well equipped and designed for patient privacy, service and efficiency.

Worst management system. Do not have the sence how to behave with patient and zero percent intrest to serve people the most degrade and un educated employees ever seen

Visited for srusti Hospital vaccination. The vaccination center is just behind the hospital. And there is very good parking space available just opposite to the hospital. I confused when I saw two stusti hospital on google map. So not get confused this just beside ring road and the vaccination center shown on google map. I choose this place as I don't want to enter city. So overall my points -Parking Avalable -No traffic issue -choose this place if you are worried about parking and to avoid time, save your valuable time.

Worst tele conference, didn't get proper instructions regarding gastroenterology department, first the lady attended for 15 sec then after they didn't receive the call, I is better to die rather joining this hospital, if starting is like this then what will be the rest

Please please please don't go to this hospital, they work only for money, they don't take care of patients, I lost my father because of this hospital..... I request you all please don't visit this hospital, if you want to see alive your loved ones, thank you

Only for Dr patient are coming to this hospital... service is pathetic,there is no systematic process,. Noone there to take care properly after operation, infection chance is more anyone can enter into the cabin without permission Unnecessary time taking for insurance patient , In many things we have to involve why not covered then taking it , Only for Dr sushree jagdev madam patient are coming, really good and honest doctor
