I don't like this store because the employees have terrible biheviour and they didn't sujest any thing My opinion don't go to this store

I recently visited the Lenskart store, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The sales staff were unprofessional, making inappropriate comments and not treating customers respectfully. Instead of assisting with finding the best deals or providing good service, they seemed indifferent and displayed bad habits. This kind of behavior makes the shopping experience unpleasant. I hope the management takes steps to improve customer service and ensure a more welcoming environment.

Shop People are more interested in quarreling with customer rather than selling there product. No follow-up after sharing my views through lenskart feedback. (I have opted to receive call)

I buyed glasses of worth Rs 10,000 still the store asked me to give rs10 additional for the carry bag 🛍️

The staff was great.The staff were very helpful and answered all our questions
