Good behavior No problem from starting to the end of checkup

The place is along with SBI . Good digital and cashless service provided. However, for few unaware people cash should be accepted during registration. Check up processes are really good.

Great experience,very nice staff.Specially medicine supply staff are good.Treatment better than LV Prasad.

I am reducing my rating from 4 to 1 due to a recent disappointing experience. In February 2025, my father underwent cataract surgery for his right eye, and the entire procedure was smooth and well-managed. However, during our follow-up visit for his left eye surgery on April 9, 2025, the process was completely disorganized. Despite having paid in advance, there was no clear system to identify patients or maintain a proper queue. The lack of coordination and poor service delivery were extremely frustrating. It’s unfortunate to see such a decline in service quality.

Hospitality is very good . The staff are generous to the patients. But problem is they don't accept hard cash and asking for online payment which is not possible for every one.

Very nice eye hospital! All the doctor are very polite & cooperative specially debasis sir ! Must visit for any kind of eye treatment .
