I am 68 year old come for the checkup at Dr. Om Parkash Eye Institute, have always had the utmost respect for Dr. Rohit Om Parkash, an outstanding doctor, and his father, Dr. Om Parkash Ji, who treated every patient like family. Unfortunately, it’s clear that the new generation of doctors at this clinic, including Dr. Sehar Om Parkash and Dr. Nitish, are not living up to that same legacy. They have a lot to learn from Dr. Rohit Om Parkash about how to treat patients with dignity, respect, and professionalism. We have been coming to this hospital solely because of Dr. Rohit Om Parkash Ji. However, after today’s experience, I am deeply disappointed and frustrated. I had an appointment at 12 PM with Dr. Sehar Om Parkash and Dr. Nitish, but was made to wait until 2 PM to even be seen. This is completely unacceptable! What is the point of scheduling appointments if patients are left to wait for hours with no explanation? To make matters worse, the supporting staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I asked how much longer we’d have to wait, I was told to just “sit and wait” with no further information. This lack of care and professionalism is appalling. The doctors were slow and inefficient, and the treatment was far from what I expected. It’s a shame that the level of care and respect I once associated with this hospital has clearly diminished. The new generation of doctors here is not only failing to meet expectations but is actively tarnishing the reputation built by Dr. Om Parkash Ji. I strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to think twice. I can no longer recommend this place to anyone, as the quality of service and patient care is no longer acceptable.

Recently I had Smile treatment done at the institute. I am really happy and satisfied with their services. Firstly, I would like to thank Dr. Om Prakash (sorry dont know the full name) . He is an amazing experienced doctor, he is very polite and respectful to the patients. He greets every single patient and handles every patients file during the surgery and even in the checkup. Talking of the staff very satisfied and happy with the staff. Every staff was so respectful and polite to the patients . And also one would never feel lost in the hospital as there is staff in every corner to assist you happily. I would really recommend their services. Would definitely use their services in the future.

Always wanted to get my eyes checked from a reputed hospital, so ended up with one of the best (as claimed) but I am sorry to say that the number prescribed to me didn't work well. It was totally wrong. A simple local shopkeeper with a good experience of running a spectacle shop turned out to be best for me. I had to loose Rs. 5000/- for wrong glasses as per the vision identified by OP eye hospital. The same happened with my father and brother. It happened in pathankot branch too. I appeal to the doctors working in this hospital to look into their support team responsible for checking of eye sight. I have lost my faith in this hospital.

It was a really good experience with each and every check up. I got free with in an hour. The staff were very cooperative and helpful. I will surely recommend om Prakash eye institute

Am 20 years old here am come for my eye checkup. I really appreciate to the whole staff I met who guide me properly as well as respectivfully . I feel very valuable to be here for checking up my eyes . Whole staff is very helpful . Thank you for giving me such respect and great checkup . Thank you 😊
