It's absolutely infuriating! Multiple visits, and each time it's a new disaster! First, they carelessly break my frame. Then, they can't even get the prescription right and put in the wrong lenses. And to top it all off, they lose my frame entirely! It's unbelievable incompetence, and I'm still left without a solution. This is beyond unacceptable!

I had a very pleasant time. Though the queue for eye test was long. The employee were very friendly and accommodating. They also helped me choose the correct frame for my face.

This is my first experience at lenskart it was average coz first of all for eye checkup they make us wait for straight one hour secondly we ordered 2 different frames but got 2 same frames and one of them is not structured well. Atleast, didn’t expect this from such a prestigious brand. Also they replaced the second one with the frame we chose. Overall, it was average experience. Hope for good experience further.
A very beautiful and comfortable place for eye care . I got a free eye checkup here .The staff is very supportive they are always ready to help you. The environment is very great . I have never worn sunglasses in my life ,it was my first time purchasing Sunglass.First i wear the cheap glass from the shop ₹80/- when I was in jodhpur then I realised that the quality matters .So I was searching for an Sunglass store in Amritsar. I was aware of Lenskart from Shark Tank , So I searched this store on maps and visited today .The experience was very nice. Please visit and get your own eye wear . Jai Hind 🇮🇳
Poor service on the part of staff handling the store. They are not able to attend to and manage the customers Orders are getting delayed and they do not attend to the requests and queries of the customer
