We brought our patient charnjit kaur to max hospital,our pt had reduced heart pumping and heart complaints,Dr.ishtiyaq masood has treated hem very well and the entire cardiac team Dr.Malkit singh Gill,Dr. Manjeet kaur and sisters all them took care of our patient ,we Thanks the entire cardiac team.

Avoid this hospital if you are going their for immigration visa purposes. my parents visa is delayed beacause the doctor sent the wrong report so the hospital can make more money. these greedy scumbags have no integrity.

Extremely disappointed with the overall experience. While the doctor was skilled and polite, and the nursing staff worked tirelessly despite being understaffed, the hospital itself is a mess. For the premium price they charge, the infrastructure is shockingly poor—the bathroom in our private room was filthy, and there was a constant weird smell throughout the hospital. The worst part? All fire exits were locked, which is a major safety hazard. It’s clear the management is cutting costs in every possible way while charging top-tier prices. We’ve had far better experiences at hospitals for a third of the cost. The only saving grace here was the hardworking medical staff, but they deserve a better facility to work in. Wouldn’t recommend unless they fix these serious issues.

Routine Ultrasound waiting time 3 to 4 hour.while we having fullbody checkup..very casual redioghraphic department.fully harrassed by billing administrator and well as admin patil also....never go for full body checkup in Max bhatinda . hospital admin could not aproch guyeen so what shoud i say.we shouldn't go for delivery for child..Max family checkup equal Harassment.

Cost vs Treatment rating 2/10 Hospital charges and treatment is costly .Not justify the cost. Cleaning hygiene is a major concern here. Hospital Cleanness rating 0/10 During Discharge of Patients take too much time . Normally Patients need to be discharged in the morning at 8:00 but in actual practice the patient will discharge at 9:00 at night. Discharge Smoothness Rating 0/10 Staff are co-operative and Supportive Transperancy and professionalism Rating 3/10

Max hospital in Bathinda is one of the best hospitals in a 200 km radius. Various types of specialist doctors are available who do their jobs in a very good manner. The staff is very good and respectful. I visited i the max hospital in the OPD department with my mother. The doctor recommended that we checkup with the heart tests. So they provided us with the heart package at a very cheap price (750 rupees) only. If we take this package from outside, it will cost us 4000-5000 rupees. I think this is good for all types of departments.
