Best hospital in Hoshiarpur equip with all medical services. Especially Dr gurminder orthopedic . He's done remarkably well my surgery. Also all the nursing staff is so caring and helpful. Hospital is well cleaned. Physiotherapist mansi is also very skillful. Komal and poonam and miss shweta is so much helpful. Mr Thomas give best help and encouragement and Mr vikas thakur help us in all the things from start to end . Lastly I am thanking all the livasa team .

I had a surgery for gallbladder stones and Dr Anil and his team did extremely well in removing them and the operation was the successful one. Also the nursing staff did their job extremely well and plus the cleaning and patient experience staff specially Anju madam performed her work very well. She was well behaved, extremely kind and supportive. Overall everyone did their jobs very well. Kudos!!!!!

Our experience at Livasa Hospital Hoshiarpur , was outstanding, provided exceptional care, ensuring a smooth recovery. The GRO staff was extremely supportive and attentive, making the treatment process seamless. From admission to follow-ups, everything was well-organized, and we faced no difficulties.

Very poor management. Very unprofessional. Not recommended at all. There was long lineup on counter when we went to hospital today. Only one staff lady was helping there. Other staff girls were too busy in handling just 3 to 4 patients in army line. Initially we were standing in middle line, waited for 10 mins for our turn, when reached counter, staff says that lineup is for army so we have to go to other lineup. There is nothing written on top of counters to guide in which line we should go. Just to let you know we got doctor's appointment confirmed on call yesterday before coming to hospital. So when we finally reached counter after 20 to 30mins of standing in line, then staff says doctor is not available today. How can you confirm a appointment if there is no doctor ?? It clearly shows how life and time of patient doesn't matter to the hospital. It was my first time coming to this hospital and surely last visit. Suggestions if you guys care :- There should be 2 or more counters opened for regular patients. And there should be note on top of counters guiding which line is for whom to save time. And i also saw statue of lord Ganesha right beside the army line where people were walking with shoes all around it. Atleast Make a small boundary around it so that nobody can hit it even by mistake.

Best hospital and treatment. All the staff did a great job and took care of us. Patient experience department take daily rounds asking patients if they're having any concerns and make them resolve on spot. Thanks anju mam and her team.

My name is nisha devi. First time in came in this hospital. Livasa hospitals staff are very attentive. Soft spoken. Dr. Ridip Saikia is my doctor . First time I met him in the OPd and I feel very comfortable to talk with doctor. He is very good listener. His assistant sis veero is also very nice and good natured staff. Today I got discharged and I am fully satisfied with this hospital 's services. Thankyou livasa .
