I had one of the worst experiences dealing with them. They sold me a frame with glasses for INR 7,500, fully aware that I’d be taking it to Canada. Within just two weeks, the frame broke, apparently due to temperature issues. They replaced it, only for the same issue to happen again. It’s clear they don’t even understand how their own product performs in various conditions. Their attitude changes drastically—from friendly and accommodating when making a sale, to dismissive and unhelpful when handling complaints. My family has been loyal customers for the past five years, but that loyalty clearly means nothing to them. I will never return.
