I visited the hospital many times , and the doctors gave me a decent advice everytime , and i am quite happy from the service. but the thing i hate the most is the waiting time, after a patient is treated by 1st doctor , why cant you send the patient immediately to the next doctor. First i sat there 1.5hr for the first doctor and then more 0.5hr for the second doctor . that 1.5 hr i understand that there must be many patients before me ,but why that extra 30min. Another thing i didn't liked was the attitude of doctors(for the 1st time ), they were in soo much hurry i admit it that its a holiday (SATURDAY) and its open till 1pm only But if you are taking your fees , then why cant you attend properly,and if you dont have that much time : then why are you accepting that many patients in the first place.

Worst eye doctor I have ever seen. I took my dad for the Motia bind operation and after one year Dad had gotten some issues with the operated eye and had blurry vision on the issue and pain. The doctor told us there was nothing he could do about it. I took my wife for a check-up she had pain in the left eye and had blurry vision. The doctor told us to not worry and he hadn't checked the eye properly. after taking the eye drops she was not satisfied and pain remained in her and blurry vision. Now we have visited Jalandhar Eye Hospital and they told us that my had a wound in her left eye and needed to be treated. The treatment goes well and Now she is feeling good. Now I am very disappointed with the treatment that Rama Atray's doctor told us. I suggest the patient not to visit Rama Atray Hospital. Go to a better hospital for better treatment.

I had taken my mother for her cataract operation in both the eyes. The operations were successful and my mother has recovered beautifully with a couple of eye drops still ongoing for 6 weeks as preventive measure. Dr Shonek is a wonderful gentleman with impeccable ethics. He patiently explained the procedure thoroughly and clarified all our doubts. Mr Arif had been very helpful at promptly prescribing my mother's post procedural reading glasses. My family had been under the Dr Shonek's care for about 15 years now and are quite content with the services recieved so far. All the members of the staff are helpful, courteous and gentle with the elderly patients. It's one of the best Eye hospitals in the region. I wish Dr Shonek, Mr Arif and the staff best of luck for all their future endeavours.

I visited the clinic in the evening on Wednesday and visiting hours in the evening are 4-6p.m . I reached there at 3:55, got my slip and was first in the line and I was the only patient to see the doctor until 4:40. So I was been kept waiting saying that doctor would be there around 4:15 but nobody showed up ! I was patient and waited for another 15 minutes but nobody showed up in another 15 minutes. when I again asked at reception that when will doctor come and I was been told to wait for another 15 minutes and the lady wasn’t sure. When I said it is okay then I can’t wait more I can take my refund then she called doctor and asked when he will be there! Such an unprofessional management !! I was been again told to wait but I did not have much time as I had another appointment at 5 somewhere. After repeatedly been told for 5-6 times they agreed to give refund at 4:40p.m. They wasted my 45 minutes. I will not recommend this place if you have an emergency or need urgent care !! They don’t value your time !! Such an unprofessional behaviour at a private clinic.. very disappointed ! Not satisfied with the explanation !! If I being a patient can reach at Clinic before time 3:55 p.m. then concerned doctor (being professional) who is responsible to attend patients at 4 should reach at clinic before 4 (considering bad weather conditions beforehand)!! It is their job I believe to reach on time if they are genuinely dedicated towards their job.

Expert Doctor (Dr Rajan Shonek) who gives valuable advise. I strongly recommend this hospital due to doctor's proficiency and polite staff. My parents got eye surgery from doctor and I too visit for check up of my eyes here since 2011. The best thing is patient is treated with care and is listened properly and then further treated well by the doctor. I took advise from Dr while being in Canada.

I strongly recommend Rama Atray Eye Hospital, Patiala due to high proficiency and honesty towards the profession of Dr. Rajan Shonek, and his very polite and cooperative staff. I am under his advice since 2009 for the treatment of Glaucoma. I was advised and operated successfully for Triple Procedure (Glaucoma + Cataract Surgery + IOL Implantation) for one eye in March’2022 and of second eye in May’2022. Regarding vision, up till now, I am not facing any problem. Even after shifting to Chandigarh, I am under his advice. I wish long life, success of Doctor, and his sincere staff. GURVINDER PAL SINGH

Doctor is good .. but Too much waiting time. Up to 2.30 hours Lucky if u get number before 2 hours even after appointment do Need to improve management system time value is money

I waited there for nore than an hour, my mother was the 9th patient and 15 people were already seen by the doctor, also after one hour of waiting time the doctor refunded my money as he said no one in the city will be helpfull for the treatment.
