I have faced a problem regarding quality if frame. I’m very grateful to Mr. Janampreet Singh for helping me out so efficiently. He was a great help and very cooperative.

I accidentally landed on this website, which clearly says free lens replacement, free lens cleaner, free eye test and free repair and what not. I thought, maybe a company run campaign because the website seemed genuine. I went ahead and booked the appointment on the website. When I reached there, they gave me a free eye test but, now they say, you need to pay at least Rs 199 for the lens replacement and the lens cleaner is not free, there are some conditions applied. I went to this store by travelling so much, so I thought let's spend at least Rs 199 and get a new lens. I went to get it back after a few days, when I reached home, I noticed that the nose pads are very old. Next day someone called me for ratings, I asked him if I can get nose pads changed, under free repair policy, he said no. What an experience. PS: I tried and found nowhere about any charges to be paid for the lens on the website.

The optician was quick and accurate in her measurement of my eye power. She wasn't trying to push me to wear glasses, her recommendation was very clear and sensible. Highly recommend visiting even if you are not sure you need glasses.

Worst store and service. Ignorant and cheap people serving you who are double faced. At tge time of selling they easily cheat you and at the time of exchange they cheat you even more giving illogical nonsense.
