I underwent eye surgery for specs removal as recommended by Dr Gupta and it was a pleasure to have found him in our city. I had extreme myopia and astigmatism. His attention, support, guidance has been remarkable throughout the procedure and has been confident and practical in all recommendations and suggestions. Indeed, finding an option in Alwar and a doctor who satisfies the patient’s queries with so much patience was a blessing. Much thankful for his cooperation and support. Additionally would like to highlight that the staff at hospital was very supportive, disciplined and professional. Special mention to Ms. Komal, Mr. Gaurav, Mr. Rahul and Ms. Shabiya.

Recently had a Lasik surgery here, and to be honest the staff and the doctor himself were quite helpful. After having multiple consultations elsewhere, I was quite sure i wont be able to get a lasik surgery done, but Dr. Ankur Gupta sounded very professional and highly confident about my case (Surely has decent experience handling the edge cases), and helped me get over my fears. Its been 10 days of my recovery process and im more than happy with the results.

Just visited the hospital today on 17th March, the doctor is no doubt great. But the staff has a very bad attitude as you can also see in some other comments, I totally agree with them. They have been really rude, messes the sequencing of the patients and at I decided to not get Lasik from here. How can one trust the process to go right when the staff is so mis-managed and rude. I really hope Dr. Ankur Gupta doesn’t destroy his image with such a rude and unprofessional staff. Would even 0 rating if there were an option to!
