ASPN Eye Hospital

Avoid this hospital at all cost : Extremely disappointed with the staff and service here. I inquired multiple times over the phone about getting LASIK eye surgery to remove specs, and was clearly told by a staff member that it was covered under RGHS and would be done free of cost. Based on this, I traveled over 100 km to get the procedure done. However, after the eye checkup at the hospital, I was informed that the staff had confused LASIK with Motiyabind (cataract) laser surgery. This kind of basic misunderstanding is unacceptable. It was a complete waste of my time and effort. The staff clearly lacks proper knowledge, and their carelessness led to a huge inconvenience for me. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hospital if you’re expecting reliable information or proper service.

I am not able to provide 0 star as the option is not there. Please don’t trust on this hospital. Very greedy doctor husband and wife. They know how to fool uneducated people by taking the money by the name of deposit even in case of cashless insurance and they are not refunding in timely manner and asking the customers to claim the full amount from insurance company. Very uneducated and very unprofessional team members are working there. Even the senior team members are very rude and unprofessional. Even they don’t have the proper TPA department and the director is handling that department who is always rude when any customer asking for the refund. She don’t know the exact process. I don’t know why people are going there. Their only purpose is to make money.

The service here is good, the doctors treat the patients very well, My family members and relatives have undergone operations and the results have been very good. the managing director is also very supportive and understanding, the staff is also very supportive. All services are too good in this hospital. Very satisfied

Best eye hospital in Bhilwara City . My father(Dr. A.G.chhipa ), mother and uncle's was operated in this hospital. Doctor Atul sir is very polite and very good in his work. The facility for patients is very good.

Worst staff and doctor. Consultancy fees is 300 and it's very costly. Behaviour of receptionist was very rude and bad. Waste of money. They were giving their own mask whereas I have my own mask for making Money.

Not care for patients...... 2 hours tak doctor breakfast karne ka excuse dekar patients ko wait karwata he...... and so clever that after printing slip they inform that doctor is late and on asking for refund they say no.....

I had cataract done our relative with one eye in this hospital. This doctor did not give file after operation. A month later, the new distant number +1 along with the nearby number +2.5 also came. Due to the glass of the number, it started appearing more in age (Like aged person). Money was also taken more than the market rate. Once the money is taken, the behavior of the doctor also changes. Do not make glasses here at all.
