Titan Eye+ at Capital Mall, Bhiwadi

They do eye test only if you take glasses from them. And then their eye test is also not good. After I did my eye test from them, I visited another online outlet and a dedicated eye hospital and there they did it for free without having the obligation of buying lenses from them only. The results were completely different. One week have passed and still my specs are not yet ready where else the other online platform delivered me the specs within 4 days and that also as per my prescription. They don't have a return / exchange policy. And above all, much more expensive and not all all value for money.

Very poor quality and services. Total waste of money. Cost is very high with limited options in frames. Don't expect TITAN brand quality here as untrained, inexperienced staff has been deployed due to less sale. Better visit Lenskart outlet which is also opened now.

I will give only one advice to all of you, no one is more trustworthy than Titan. The quality and the behavior of the staff are both excellent here.
