Workers ka behaviour bahut bura hai patient not satisfy and don't give proper details about any diagnosis

Staff is pure fraud. We went their for our daughter's eye checkup. The doctors were not present and accidentally we met to a supporting staff. The lady came out with numerous eye defects just by using a torch. This is miraculous. Later she wrote down two three random medicines and accompanied us till medical store to make sure whether we are completely looted or not. Later we went to bhargava eye hospital, their it was disclosed everything is fine.

Here whenever a patient needs to talk to a doctor or has any other problem, the staff working here behaves very rudely, and whenever a patient is asked to talk to a doctor in an emergency, the phone is disconnected.

Not corporative staff, do not recommend

Doctor is good. But staff is so rude and don't have manners to talk. If you are looking rich then you don't have to wait for check-up. They will add your name in their priority list.

Lasik services are good as i have my own patient for removing spectales and Dr Lalita has given me suggestion for lasik and finally i have taken decision which is very successful.

I went for a normal perodic eye check up . Doctor kept asking if I have any difficulties. 2 tech assistant and Dr ganging up and begging me to have more tests . She is trying to create a problem in my eye when there is none .
