Irresponsible staff and rude behavior with patients. Staff members Mr. Mohit and Mr. Dinesh ji needs psychotherapy and basic communication skills to deal with patients. "Magajmari mt kro yha...krwana h to krwao vrna bahr se krwa lo... Doctor se hi krwana test hum nhi krege ab" these are not the right words you should use for your patients. Anybody coming to your hospital is suffering from something.. don't behave with them like rag pickers. I appreciate the humble and kind nature of Dr. Tanmay sir.. he really a gem of his profession... but the staff needs communication skills.

Horrible and irresponsible staff. Unprofessional Rude behaviour. I called a day before to get an appointment, receptionist said that I can visit tomorrow as per the timings I went before time and the lady and a few staff at the reception said that come on Friday doctor is out of town. I wasted my time and money. I am a working woman, I specially took out some time to get an appointment. The doctor and staff are unprofessional and rude, they don't know how to treat a patient. I Will never visit this doctor again and advise others as well the same.
