Worst service Staff is good but the doctor himself is so unprofessional. He is not too concerned about the patient and not even talk to the patient about the problems they are facing. He will let you wait for 1-2 hours while he is using his phone when the poor patients are waiting to hear from him I’ll never recommend this clinic to anyone and not going to visit ever Sorry but you were so unprofessional this time

Had an amazing experience for the whole family, the staff was very courteous and doctor answered every question of ours. Great ambience and state of the art facility at the hospital. Staff was multilingual talking in marwari to elders and in english with the kids.

The best eye hospital. They make you feel so comfortable and they make all the process very easy. I feel it’s the best eye hospital in Jaipur. I 100% recommend you to visit here if you’re having any issues with your eyes !!

He could have saved my child from getting spectacles but never gave complete information. Just said come back when the child starts watching tv up close . Never mentioned the dos and don’ts to protect a childs eyesight from worsening . Had he given the right information in time we could have done something or at least could have delayed getting the number . We are not doctors and didn’t have any knowledge , we relied on him . I regret taking my kid to his clinic for his regular check up . I would regret this through out my life as a parent .. why him!

Excellent eye hospital in Vaishali area. Expert eye surgeon Dr Mayank Agarwal is very polite and friendly. My mother in law Mrs Supyar Kanwar got cataract surgery in both eyes in September and October 2024 and we are very much satisfied

I recently visited the Hospital for my third eye examination, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The optometrist incorrectly inspected my eyes and provided me with a cylindrical axis number that was completely wrong. As a result, I have been experiencing discomfort and vision issues. This oversight has left me questioning the quality of care provided by the hospital. It was my third eye inspection here. And if you wish to visit here then refer to Dr mayank only. Others Dr. are just 👎🏼👎🏼. And the optometrist is also👎🏼👎🏼.
