Patient beware. Lower to a mid grade maintained place. Staff is nice as they are very junior as in terms of experience for most of them. It appears to be a training facility at your cost. The machines are old and poorly maintained. The centre is dark, dingy and air conditioners are not switched on. The reason, staff feels colder. Nice escape for cutting costs. Doctor Ankur is a very arrogant person and seems to be purely behind making money as he will ask patient to spend thousands of rupees to do test again at his centre even if the previous reports for same tests is just a couple of month old. A muxh higher consultation fee compared to other doctors in Jaipur. He will scare you if you go to anyone else for cross consultation. Typical pressure tactics to spend money right away, be mute and just pay as advised to get the treatment. Where is doctors oath in all this? Review, visit and judge for yourself. The above review is purely after a family member is gone to multiple doctors in Jaipur and visited him a couple of times and experienced all of the above. Someday that experience may change and we will appreciate at that time. No malice attached.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Ajay for an eye consultation, and I must say the experience was truly exceptional. From the moment we stepped into the clinic, the staff interaction stood out. They were not only professional but also very courteous and welcoming, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Dr. Ajay himself was thorough and patient during the consultation. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave us a lot of confidence and comfort. His expertise and care were evident, and we left feeling well-informed and reassured. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend Dr. Ajay to anyone seeking excellent eye care. Chor hai Dr Ajay. Does not know how to behave with the patient. No eye surgeons or hospitals take dilution charges but they take. I paid consultancy Charges of Rs 600 and additionally they were asking me to pay Rs 200 for dilution. It is not a matter of money but for what reason they are taking charging unnecessarily. I didn’t pay and just walked out

I underwent two surgeries at Max Vision Eye Care Center under the care of Dr. Ankur Sinha, and both experiences were excellent. From the seamless appointment process to the skilled, courteous, and supportive staff, everything was managed efficiently. The system is highly responsive—handling urgent medical needs swiftly, with planning and surgery completed within two days, while also exercising patience with a nine-month wait when surgery wasn’t immediately necessary. This reflects the honesty and trustworthiness of the doctors and leadership. My critical eye surgery, performed in March 2024, has been successful, and as of November 2024, everything is well. A heartfelt thanks to Dr. Ankur Sinha, Dr. Ajay Jhinjha, and their exceptional team.

The hospital felt very clean. The doctors and staff were very caring and experienced. My operation was successful and I was satisfied with the results. Overall it's an excellent hospital.

I don't know about others but I had the worst experience. The waiting time was very long .The staff was quite rude . My opinion is that you should put bed in the waiting hall because it takes so much time.
