Neeru Eye Hospital

Very bad treatment. I had pain in my eyes. When I went to see Neeru, she gave me normal eye drops and sent me away. When the pain did not subside, I was taken to Shankara Eye Hospital and it was found that I had a problem with the optic nerve. If I had relied on Neeru, I would have gone blind.

An Average hospital services are better,and doctor mrs Gupta mam is suggesting for better communication as you needed and too described own problem..

Neeru eye hospital is best hospital in jaipur My grandmother had an operation here. My grandmother had cataract in both eyes. so we came here and got a checkup done. The staff here explains very well and nicely. My grandmother felt very good after the operation. Staff is very politely asking questions and solve the problem. My grandmother was feeling very weak or there was no relief before the operation but after coming here and showing it to Dr. Neeru madam, she told me about the operation for cataract. provide proper information about the operation here and put good quality lenses. Very bad experience no time management of appointments , staff behavior also not good, don't waste your time, please take consistency with another doctor.

Worst services ever i seen. Doctor didn't check properly she just took 10 seconds for check up and she said change your specs your no is little bit change and their staff told number is changed but no need to change if you are comfortable. Their staff is also too rude. Please improve your services and value for someone's time and money both
