Retina Care Foundation and Eye Hospital

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointed with my experience at Retina Care Foundation and Eye Hospital. Dr. Vineet Pareek was not at all punctual and didn’t attend to the patient at the given time. The waiting time was unnecessarily long, and the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They lacked basic manners and courtesy while speaking to patients. Such poor service is unacceptable, especially at a healthcare facility. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

The wait time is pretty useless, if the clinic is open on Sunday's then Dr. should respect patient's time, and not keep them waiting. Although it patient's day off as well! Giving 1 star because of the clinic's cleanliness.

This centre runs in collusion with other popular eye specialists. The patients are referred here and the referring doctors earn commissions. The doctor is not at all professional. It runs more like a business than a clinic or medical service. The mobile number meant for Booking doesn't work. The place is ill managed. It is under staffed. The staff is not trained well. The behaviour of doctor lacks professionalism. He is not courteous and rather rustic in his behaviour. Probably because of large number of patients doctor feels he has super natural skills. But sadly it is not true. I will suggest to find another and better doctor. It's not that they are the only one who provides these services.

Happy with the overall experience. Dr. Pradhan attended us very well and explained the complications and the issues.

First of all, the doctor always comes late and the staff is very unresponsive regarding this. You have to wait for hours. More than that, the doctor prescribed eye drops for my mother’s eye in the case of diabetes retinopathy where she clearly needed laser surgery. Later on when we consulted doctors in Delhi, they told us how critical the situation was and how irresponsible the doctor was for not taking immediate action. This same case happened with my uncle when this doctor took a laid back approach when he strongly needed laser/surgery done.

We found Dr.Pradhan is very professional and knowledgeable person of this subject. Good care with imotions which makes us more comfortable. One important thing this hospital not money orientated they are service orientated. Thank you ! Dr.Vinit Pradhan
