I purchased Calvin Kelin & Zeiss Lense from Vision Factory but it developed defects in frame they fixed it but it didnt work and due to angle of my progressive lense changed. i asked for change but they refused even though it is within one year of purchase. i am very disaapointed. Hi, I have read your response on my google review posted on 17.4.25 where you mentioned I did not hand over the frame at your store. It is to be stated that I have only one pair of these reading glasses so it is difficult for me to do so BUT I can do so it if you assure me that the Frame will be changed and no more repairs as done earlier by you will be done.
Absolutely fantastic experience today! I came in looking for a new pair of ray bans and left buying 2 pairs!! Lovely staff even helped fix an clean my old ray bans which are 13 years old. Very happy customer indeed thank you!

Very nice place to get your glasses fixed! We were visiting from Bangalore and had a tight schedule planned. My glasses got damaged and we were looking for a place to get it fixed. Ravi at The Vision Factory was very helpful. He told us about the risks involved in fixing an already damaged pair of glasses and handled my glasses with extreme care. He was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Really recommend this place, thanks a lot Ravi!
