I had a great experience at this shop for repairing my specs. The service was quick, efficient, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed my glasses perfectly, and the prices were reasonable. Highly recommend for anyone in need of reliable eyewear repairs!

My experience was bad at this particular store. I had to go twice for a small issue (fogg insode my watch's glass) that the technician could not fix and blamed the Titan brand himself that "sare watched m ye fogg jam raha h bhaiya" in a very rude (I do not give a shit type) manner. The issue is still persisting and I had to contact the customer care. Please take responsibility or escalate the issues to higher authority when you are unable to resolve any customer's issue. We spend a lit of money on the brands and that's not for "kya kare bhaiya sab ki watch m ho raha hai" 😐 ab kese sahi hogya? Anyways, bad experience. Shop at your own risk, or just don't go here!!

The service quality is really poor. They sold a defective watch and when i tried to return the product they didn’t accept it. Instead of refund they wanted to give a 30day expiry store credit when their collection doesn’t have anything to purchase from. The staff is rude and unprofessional.

Mr. Anjay was very professional and repair my almost broken spex which was get repaired by him and his behaviour was very gentle. Even reception staff was helpful in all the process. Thank you guys 🙏
